As early as 1997, founder and managing director Fritz Welter worked for one of the first Internet service providers, ccn GmbH in Munich. Back then, real pioneering work was done, with the support of customers when setting up Internet access for the first time. Fritz Welter later took over the management of the development department for a domain registrar from the B2B sector that is still large today.
In 2005, the private online fax platform fax-senden.de went into operation. The business fax system blueFAX for B2B companies followed. With CustomerCall, the first voice telephony product was launched in 2008, with an innovative callback function for integration into websites worldwide.
The comprehensive cloud telephone system bluePBX has been in operation since 2014 - as a complete solution for telephony, chat, video, fax, call controls and apps for almost every conceivable application scenario. In this way, bluePBX bundles the most popular business telecommunications functions and also offers Unified Communications (UC) for small to large companies.
bluePBX is operated in the advantageous location Germany and will continue to focus more on the expansion of unified communications solutions in the future.
2021, through the inclusion of ccn corporate communication networks GmbH as a provider and part of the Internet (autonomous system), ccn Services GmbH (formerly Netinteract) can make a sustainable operating and service promise.
